Putting It Out There

Born out of the desire to transform, hack, and create anew electronic objects from the debris of consumer goods, ten unique entities were brought to fruition. Using the notion of 'hacking' as the creative possibility to bring new things into the world from which knowledge and information could be extracted, then reused to produce new possibilities."hacking the new out of the old" , and lastly, relinquishing possession of these creations, in the spirit of 'free/libre open source software' (FLOSS), by employing an updated version of the collaborative Surrealist game 'Exquisite Corpse', the project Putting It Out There was conceived.
